For Founders and aspiring entrepreneurs! This interactive session will introduce founders to the benefits of building their own personal high-performance foundations so they can continue to perform at a high level, while also maintaining physical and mental wellness.

Ensuring founders are mentally healthy and physically well is paramount to their success
What will be covered:
- The danger of “founder identity foreclosure” and how to avoid it. What is identity foreclosure, how can it impact you personally and professionally during startup, scaleup and exit and how and why you need to build out your identity to avoid it. Participants will complete a life-roles selfassessment.
- The “founder’s pull” and why it’s infectious. Often referred to as rockstars of industry, the founders pull is infectious. We’ll discuss the benefits of developing and maintaining personal boundaries and how to identify our personal resources to help manage mental health and wellbeing.
- Founder Fatigue + Family Fatigue = Fallout Communication is key to avoiding founder fallout and ultimately burnout. We’ll discuss the benefits of clear communication and why we need to bring family and important people on the journey from start through scale.
- The Founder Five Model - Building a personal High-Performance Structure The Founder Families’ Founder Five Model draws on 20 years’ experience working with elite performers in innovation, sport and the arts. Participants will be introduced to the model and how to build their own personal high-performance foundations to manage business and life, alongside sustainable high achievement. Building something amazing is demanding but here's the truth: a thriving founder is a well founder. We will cover the essential elements to wellbeing including social connection, sleep hygiene, exercise, nutrition and restoration through exposure to nature.
